Torsten Alfes
As Managing Director of our subsidiary Rochus Mummert Management Search, Torsten Alfes, Diplom-Volkswirt, specialises in providing consultancy in the commercial, consumer goods and supply sectors, and to the chemical industry. His fields of operational expertise are human resources, sales, marketing and technology, while his focus is on filling positions across all sectors for specialists and managers at middle-management levels, who have shown themselves to have high potential through success in their careers to date.
He has extensive management experience, gained in particular in operational and strategic human resources management at Wertkauf Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH and at Wal Mart Germany GmbH & Co. KG, where he was Member of the Board of Management with responsibility for information, technology / organisation, legal affairs, human resources and public relations.
